About

Neil Galani.

I am 21. I have been experimenting with my own health since I was 10 and tracking data — sleep, training, biohacking — since I was 13. Not because anyone told me to. Because I was genuinely fascinated by what the body could do when you paid close enough attention to it.

The journey

I have been overweight. I have been anorexic. I have bulked, gotten jacked, gotten fat, and gotten jacked again. I have herniated my lumbar spine and torn a ligament. I have rebuilt from both. Every version of that journey taught me something the theory alone never could have.

Most people see those extremes as failures. I see them as data. Each phase answered a question I was asking — about what my body responds to, where it breaks down, and how it recovers when given the right conditions.

How I think

I have always thought of myself as a scientist working inside my own lab. Diet, training variables, recovery protocols, environmental inputs — all of it gets tested, measured, and adjusted. Not obsessively. Curiously. There is a difference.

I believe in alignment — that when the body and mind are genuinely working together, health stops being something you manage and starts being something you express. I also believe in achieving things that feel physically remarkable. Right now that means preparing for my first boxing fight at the end of this year.

The team

ONE is not just me. I have partnered with a team that covers what I cannot cover alone — a nutritionist, a physical therapist, a somatic healer, a neurologist, and a group of athletes who have tested these ideas under real conditions. Every part of the protocol is built with people who go deep in their discipline.

Why coaching

I have been coaching individuals for three years. What I keep seeing is that most people are already putting in the effort — training, tracking, trying. The gap is not effort. It is precision. They do not have a system that connects everything they are doing into one picture that makes sense for their specific biology.

That is what ONE is. A way to make understanding your own body — and building toward what you want from it — as clear and exact as possible.
